Im 17 and pregnate. We are scared my boyfriend of 2 years will go to jail if i have the baby... We live in WI.. Will he go to jail?

The aoc in WI is a strict 18. I'd recommend reading up on the state laws to find out the severity of the offense. From what I understand, it's a violation of 948.09 (a class A misdemeanor).

From what I've seen happen, yes it could very well happen. If your parents press charges then yes. Although the state could step in (which I've also heard of happening) and once the paternity test comes back proving he's the father they will charge him and he will have to register as a sex offender for life. Sorry. Any self respecting man wouldn't be sleeping with a minor anyway, that would have made him 19 and you 15 when you started dating which is legal until you had sex. Good luck with being pregnant.
